Helping Us Grow

We are ready to grow! First off we would like to thank you for all that you do. Without you we would not be able to live out our dreams of creating a healthier world. 11 months ago we opened our doors to Lake Orion. Lindsay was our lone soldier in the field offering Reformer Pilates to anyone who was willing to walk in the door. She is now at the point where she is working day and night 7 days a week on top of being a mom in between, and sometimes during classes. While working full time at my other job I have been working behind the scenes with web development, administrative work, arranging and developing new program ideas as well as giving some tips and tricks to some of Lindsay's clients along the way.

We are proud to announce that as of mid February I left my position at Life Time Fitness to come on board full time with Lindsay at Ideal Core. At Life Time I held positions that included Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Yoga Instructor, Group Training Coordinator, Ultimate Workout Master Instructor and Assistant Personal Training Manager. Over that time I was able to build many great relationships and learned a lot of valuable lessons. I have helped hundreds of people drop thousands of pounds and shape their ideal body and health, now I look forward to bringing my 8+ years of health and fitness experience to Ideal Core and the surrounding areas.

Through Ideal Core I will be offering Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching as well as Small group weight training, yoga and cardio classes. These will be offered in studio, in home and at a few satellite locations. I will also continue to work on web content giving our members free access to free reliable exercise, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
